We will endeavour to dispatch any orders completed by 2pm (Mon-Fri) on the same day, but this is based on a best effort basis.
For the UK, we offer 2 standards of delivery.
The first is 1st class delivery. With this we will send by either Royal Mail 1st class or a suitable next day courier, we decide on the most economic method depending upon weight, location etc. Based on Royal Mail's estimates this method should take around 1-2 working days but this is not guaranteed.
For items over 2kg and destined for Northern Scotland or any U.K island (including N.Ireland) we will use Parcelforce48.
The second is a guaranteed next working day service. In this case we either use Royal Mail's guaranteed next working day delivery or a courier's next working day service, again depending upon the order's weight and location. Whilst both of these services should result in the goods being delivered on time there are occasions when this timeline is not met. On these rare occasions our liability is limited to refunding the postage paid or cancelling the entire order, based on the customers wishes.
For items over 2kg and destined for Northern Scotland or any U.K island (including N.Ireland) we cannot offer a 1st class or next day service but will instead use Parcelforce's standard parcel service.
With both of the above methods we will endeavour to dispatch orders on the same working day but priority will be given to orders placed before 2pm. During exceptionally busy period we may not be able to dispatch orders on the same day but in the case of guaranteed next day orders we will try to ensure dispatch or where not possible we will contact you to inform you of the reason.
Additionally we offer local customers the options of free local delivery in Hungerford or collection from our Hungerford shop, both of these will not incur any P&P changes.
Export orders
For export orders we calculate the shipping charge at cost using either Airmail or a Euro Road service. In both cases the delivery time will be around 3-5 days.
For countries outside of the EU we also refund any VAT that is already included in our gross price. In these cases the shipping charge will show as the actual shipping cost less any refunded VAT.
Whilst we strive to give an accurate shipping cost and will try to honour this charge, there may be occasions where this charge has not been accurately calculated and in these cases we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any monies paid. Of course, we will contact the customer in advance of cancelling the order to discuss any alternatives.

For European road non-EU orders, we have also included any customs' import charges. For all other non-EU orders it remains the responsibilty of the customer to be aware of any possible customs' import charges and where necessary meet these costs.
General
For all deliveries working days are Mon-Fri excluding any bank or public holidays. We generally only dispatch goods on Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays.
Whilst the Creative toy den make efforts to ensure that stock levels are reflected in the online system there may be occasions when orders are taken and stock is no longer available. In these cases we will contact you to discuss when new stock may become available and offer alternatives that are currently available. The customer will always have the option of cancelling part or all of an order.
Orders are accepted only once manually reviewed by the Creative Toy Den and we reserve the right to cancel any order and offer a full refund.
Right to cancel:
The customer has the right to return any unrequired goods within 14 days of delivery. These goods should be sent to the address shown on the contact tab and must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. The cost of postage must be paid by the customer.
In the case of damaged or faulty goods, the customer should return the goods to us and we will refund the return postage. Please contact us beforehand to arrange for the return of the goods.
