With both of the above methods we will endeavour to dispatch orders on the same working day but priority will be given to orders placed before 2pm. During exceptionally busy period we may not be able to dispatch orders on the same day but in the case of guaranteed next day orders we will try to ensure dispatch or where not possible we will contact you to inform you of the reason.

3) Free local delivery

This is a Free local delivery service for customers living in Hungerford. We aim to deliver products within 3 working days, although we will try to accommodate your needs if you need delivery on a particular day. We will usually delivery the products ourselves but reserve the right to deliver by Royal Mail or a courier where necessary.

4) Collect from the shop

This is a free service that allows you to order on our website and have the products retained in our shop, to be collected by you at your convenience. Our shop is situated at number 1 Church street, Hungerford, 01488 680607 and is open from 9.15am-5pm (Mon-Sat).

For export orders we calculate the shipping charge at cost using either Airmail or a Euro Road service. In both cases the delivery time will be around 3-5 days.

For countries outside of the EU we also refund any VAT that is already included in our gross price. In these cases the shipping charge will show as the actual shipping cost less any refunded VAT.

Whilst we strive to give an accurate shipping cost and will try to honour this charge, there may be occasions where this charge has not been accurately calculated and in these cases we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any monies paid. Of course, we will contact the customer in advance of cancelling the order to discuss any alternatives.

For European road non-EU orders, we have also included any customs' import charges. For all other non-EU orders it remains the responsibilty of the customer to be aware of any possible customs' import charges and where necessary meet these costs.
