We will endeavour to dispatch any orders completed by 2pm (Mon-Fri) on the same day, but this is based on a best effort basis.
We offer 2 standards of delivery.
The first is a 2 working day delivery service where your goods will be dispatched either by Royal Mail's 1st class post or by a 2 working day courier service, depending upon the weight. Whilst both of these services should result in your goods arriving within 2 working days we cannot guarantee that this will happen in all cases and therefore cannot be held responsible if this timeline is not met.
Our premium service in a guaranteed next day service. In this case we either use Royal Mail's guaranteed next working day delivery or a courier's next working day service again depending upon the order's weight. Whilst both of these services should result in the goods being delivered on time there are occasions when this timeline is not met and we cannot be held responsible for the failure on these rare occasions.
For all deliveries working days are Mon-Fri excluding any bank or public holidays.
In the case of non-UK orders the order is accepted on condition that the customer has contacted the Creative Toy Den for an estimate of the additional delivery costs and that these additional delivery costs have been paid.
Whilst the Creative toy den make efforts to ensure that stock levels are reflected in the online system there may be occasions when orders are taken and stock is no longer available. In these cases we will contact you to discuss when new stock may become available and offer alternatives that are currently available. Where necessary we will refund the cost of any items charged in error.
Orders are accepted only once manually reviewed by the Creative Toy Den and we reserve the right to cancel any order and offer a full refund.
Right to cancel:
The customer has the right to return any unrequired goods within 14 days of delivery. These goods should be sent to the address shown on the contact tab and must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. The cost of postage must be paid by the customer.
In the case of damaged or faulty goods, the customer should return the goods to us and we will refund the return postage.
